Phalkalyan Ghruta is an herbal ghee preparation traditionally used in Ayurvedic therapy for both male and female reproductive health, notably in managing infertility, promoting pregnancy nourishment, and supporting gynecological wellness. It is also used in Panchakarma as a Snehana (oleation) agent due to its nourishing and balancing properties.

Made by infusing medicinal ghee with a blend of classic herbs, including:

  • Ashwagandha, Shatavari, Bala, Triphala (Haritaki–Amalaki–Bibhitaki), Hing, Haridra, Kust, Bala, Daru Haldi, Shatavari, Munakka, Rakta Chandan, Shwet Chandan, Khir Vidari, Khir Kakoli, and more .

📋 Dosage & Administration

  • As a general supplement: Take ¼ to ½ teaspoon (approx. 3–12 g) with water or milk, once or twice daily post-meal, or as prescribed by an Ayurvedic physician .

  • For Panchakarma: Follow physician-recommended dosing during Snehana therapy.
