1. No Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. All sales are final, and we encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Refunds

We only offer refunds under the following circumstances:

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide detailed information about the issue, along with supporting photographs or videos. Upon verification, we will process a refund or provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Incorrect Products: In the rare event that you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you or process a refund.

3. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 6 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Exclusions

Please note that the following are not eligible for refunds:

Products that have been used or opened (unless defective or incorrect)
Any issues reported after 48 hours of delivery
Change of mind after the purchase has been completed
