Chaturmukha Ras (also called Chaturmukh Ras Gold) is a classical Ayurvedic preparation combining Purified Mercury (Parad), Sulfur (Gandhak), and several mineral bhasmas such as Lauha (iron), Abhraka (mica), and Swarna (gold). It is traditionally formulated as a rejuvenator and nervine tonic, aimed at promoting balance in Vata–Pitta doshas, aiding digestion, and supporting overall vitality .
